Chorizo Paella 


  1. Heat the oil in a large pan and brown the onion and garlic. Add the chicken and stir in the paella mix. Cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Slice the chorizo and add to the pan with the rice and stock. Bring to the boil, and then cover and continue to cook on a medium heat for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped tomatoes, sliced red pepper, and cook until the chicken is tender and the rice has absorbed the stock.
